The Studios is graced with its first royal visit thanks to the Key West Garden Club.
Emma Manners, the 11&thDuchess of Rutland, speaks about her experience taking charge of Belvoir Castle, a fairy-tale castle in the English countryside, which had sat dormant since WWII.
Specifically, Manners discusses the restoration of the landscape utilizing long-lost plans drafted by Lancelot "Capability" Brown in 1780.
Her commitment to realize one of the most radical designs of Brown's career has resulted in a landscape that is now regarded as a great masterpiece.

In 2016 Belvoir Castle opened the restored areas of the estate to the public - never seen before were stunning views and vistas that Capability had planned for Belvoir over 250 years ago.
Her work was commemorated in a documentary and book, "Capability Brown & Belvoir - Discovering a Lost Landscape."

General Admission $15, Garden Club Members $10
