Key West Garden Club
Key West Garden Club

This secluded eden is one of Key West's most tranquil spots. The grounds feature a rare collection of native and exotic trees and plants, including blooming orchids and bromeliads. Labelling is an ongoing process. The fort structure is highlighted by vaulted ceilings, gun mounts and a conservatory. Gazebos catch the soft sea breezes and are a popular romantic backdrop for weddings. The water lily pond and waterfall offer a soothing respite from the tropical sun.

The mission of the Club is to provide education opportunities for the community relating to tropical gardening and to the West Martello Tower, a historical facility where the Club is located.
The Key West Garden Club and West Martello Tower is located where White Street meets the Atlantic Ocean. Open 7 Days a Week 9:30 - 5. (305) 294-3210
(except Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Years Day)

Visitors to the Key West Garden Club and the Joe Allen Garden Center, the club's meeting and educational facility, are invited to stroll the brick pathways through graceful arched courtyards and lush, colorful foliage of the West Martello Tower, a Civil War fort and a National Historic Site
